TVNET LIMITED uses ServiceM8 to store customer data. ServiceM8’s servers are secured by SSL Certificates issued by Amazon, so all data transferred is encrypted, including data transferred to iPhone and iPad devices. ServiceM8 is built from the ground up using Amazon’s Cloud Computing technology, backed up every 24 hours to Amazon’s S3 infrastructure in multiple locations around the world. TVNET LIMITED uses One Drive and Outlook to store personal data which, under Microsoft, complies with both EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks and EU Model Clauses.
